VHEE CONCEPT

VHEE FLASH: to go where no IOeRT device has gone before.

Deep seeded tumours, here comes VHEE FLASH: a life changing technological finding, for the patients, in every standard radiation oncology bunker.

VHEE is an outstanding project SIT is developing to treat deep seated tumour with FLASH RT.

SIT VHEE system will be available in two models: one capable of reaching up to 50 MeV, and a more powerful one capable of reaching up to 100 MeV.

Thanks to the patent recently deposited which covers particular low z material linked solutions, LIAC FLASH can be installed in any standard radiation oncology bunker with no need of additional shieldings. 

SIT, besides the technological solution adopted for limiting the stray radiations of the LINAC, has designed several additional innovative paths to ensure a very compact and light system.
